Public Garden Open Hours

There are no general public visiting hours November through March, other than the Hellebores & More Plant Sale & Garden Open on March 7, 10am-3pm. Private tours are available year-round.

Planning Your Visit

Experience one of the world’s most outstanding collections of rare and diverse plants through a visit to Heronswood Garden. We recommend you plan your visit in advance as access to the garden is limited to pre-scheduled dates and times.

In 2020, Heronswood Garden will be open to the public for self-guided tours every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the month, April 3 through October 18, from 10:00am-3:00pm (last garden entry at 2:30pm). The entry fee is $10 for adults, $5 ages 7-17, free for ages 6 and under. Free for Port Gamble S’Klallam Community members and Heronswood Garden members. A map and Calendar of Events is included with your self-tour. The garden is disabled accessible. There will be specialty plant vendor sales on these days.

The garden is also open to the public when we host our highly popular Plant Sale & Garden OpenĀ events each season. For more information, please visit our Events page.
