Spring extravaganza!
A much-anticipated class on “how to eat from the garden”. Discover ornamental plants and flowers that you may not have known to be edible! Identify new culinary favorites and watch how they can be prepared for a most botanically interesting meal, prepared in front of you!
All in-person classes are limited to 20 attendees to facilitate social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not compulsory. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
