Relax in the Garden House and enjoy an afternoon tea featuring a delectable assortment of savories, sweets and teas.
1pm-2pm: Presentation by Riz Reyes
Riz will present “Floral Design as a Gateway to Gardening” through which you will learn about the “Slow Flowers” movement that celebrates sustainability and the seasonality of local, fresh cut flowers and the farmers that grow them. Riz will create Heronswood-inspired floral arrangements using cuttings fresh from the Garden, sure to inspire any budding or seasoned gardener. Raffle & Rare Plant
Your registration enters you into the day’s raffle and you’ll receive a rare plant to take home, specially chosen by Heronswood Garden founder and director Dan Hinkley.
